Not one thing

The lockers in the rooms were a great feature, and having chargers inside the lockers was really convenient. the beds were also solid and built into the walls, so they didn't move around like bunk beds. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was within walking distance of all the major attractions and there was also great nightlife in the area. Plus, public transportation was easily accessible if we didn't feel like walking.

One of the things I didn't like was that the cleaning of the bathrooms seemed to be neglected. When I arrived, it didn't look like the bathroom had been cleaned, and the next day it still hadn't been cleaned.

We loved the friendly staff and their helpfulness, the bar for enjoying breakfast and coffee, and the convenient location near the Navigli canal. Plus, there are plugs inside the lockers!
